Many of us are starting to think about life in new ways and wondering what to do with “this one precious life”. We realize that there is no going back to the way things were, and we are moving into a new future, but we are not quite sure what it looks like.

During this Reinvention Retreat for Women, participants will receive new tools and guidance leading to new insights and reflections so they can chart unique personal visions that will help guide the next chapter of their lives. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of self, new tools, connections and most importantly, an ability to remember their own inner wisdom.

I am grateful for the support of the YWCA and especially to Liane Hernandez for helping to make this retreat a reality. I will bring my whole self to this weekend and will be weaving poetry, spirituality, meditation, change theory, and science together.  I offer my insights, humor, and appreciative questions with plenty of room for conversation and discovery so we can all learn from each other. The power is in our stories and in our connections.

And just a little more about me: I am a certified life coach, a group facilitator, an organizational leader, and an expert Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, with two Masters Degrees, and certifications in improv, advanced facilitation, meeting design, Changecycle, and leadership development.
