Leadership Coaching As a certified ICF (International Coach Federation) Coach, I help individuals chart to achieve their desired dreams. Appreciative Inquiry I am a certified Appreciative Inquiry practitioner from Case Western University where I was trained by David Copperrider, the co-creator of AI. My work is highly interactive, creative and fun and moves people into possibility thinking. I weave in the latest in organizational change methodologies, neuroscience, storytelling and even improv. My work is creative, engaging and fun and most importantly my clients often gain greater than expected outcomes.
Creative Meeting Design and Facilitation I have worked with the Center for Creative Emergence and am adept at “whole brain” facilitation which means I ask people to use their right brain intuitive and creative thinking as much as their left brain rational thinking. In addition, I have studied with Crowley and Company to gain graphic facilitation skills to capture group meetings so that the work of a group becomes visible to everyone.
